The fahrrad.de brand is one of the biggest online shops for bicycles and accessories in Europe. After the brand created awareness with an image film in 2021, the focus in 2022 was to create performance-driven communication. A big fear of consumers when buying online is that there is not enough advice or help, especially in the case of high-priced e-bikes, which people like to test ride. Fahrrad.de has an extensive service network of over 300 partners – a clear advantage of the brand that needed to be communicated. To underline this fact visually, additional images were shot in the fahrrad.de store to the existing scenes from the image film. My good friends from REJELL executed the production – I was the director. In addition to the service version, versions were also produced focusing on the large product range as well as the Swiss market (here the brand is called Bikester).
