WWF is closely involved with animal welfare and anti-poaching. They are also heavily involved in combating other man-made disasters. For example, they support communities worldwide with educational projects, expertise and other resources. One of the most acute problems at the moment is plastic. Probably the biggest environmental threat to us and the oceans. To raise awareness among donors in Germany, we developed the campaign slogan and logo "Stop the plastic tide". This was accompanied by our key visual: the dolphin, which became an attention-grabbing ambassador for our cause. In addition to print and billboards throughout Germany, we used digital touchpoints such as banners and social media communication that directed people to our campaign landing page on the WWF website. Stickers and posters were also developed for supermarkets and shops to encourage visitors to use less plastic and bring their own containers. As a result, over €1.6 million was donated during the campaign period November 2018 to February 2019. This work was created during my time as Creative Director at TRACK.
