Württembergische Versicherung is best known for its claim "Ihr Fels in der Brandung" which translates to "Your rock in the rough seas". This phrase is also an expression of their attitude: a genuine and active partner who is always by your side. Our task was to develop a brand campaign that focuses on the car insurance of Württembergische. The campaign should also help to positively develop the image and awareness of the brand. The content should focus on partnership and interpret the narrative of the Württembergische as a "rock" in a new and modern way. The creative challenge was to change the perception of the brand from "rigid" and "calm" to "dynamic", "surprising" and "humorous". The aim is to appeal to a young target group, while not neglecting the brand's premium appeal. The idea of the campaign is to use the "W" as a symbol of partnership and introduce a character called "Mister W" who wanders through his neighbourhood greeting people with this special and memorable gesture. The gesture is meant to be something iconic and unique, helping to make the brand in more modern and fresh.
